Use this calculator to check calories, fat, sodium, carbs, fiber, sugar, and protein across Newk’s salads, sandwiches, soups, pizzas, and more. The tool is designed for quick decisions: compare items, build a meal, and review FDA-style labels before ordering.

How to use: Choose a category, select an item, adjust serving size, then click “Calculate Nutrition.” Add items to your meal to see totals and daily goal progress.

Newk’s Healthy Eating Tips

Lower calorie picks: Half salads (140-180 cal) and broth-based soups are filling choices under 400 calories.

High protein options: The Ultimate Salad packs 64g protein. Add All-Natural Chicken (32g protein) to any salad.

Watch the sodium: Some sandwiches exceed 2,000mg sodium. Use our Low Sodium filter to find items under 600mg.

Data notes: Some menu items list nutrients as “<1.” In those cases, calculations use a conservative 0.5 value while displaying the original label.
